Adalit L-4000, the future is here!

The evolution of an icon
6 May, 2025

30 years have passed since the L-1000 was launched in 1995. Over the years, technology has evolved enormously and it’s time to incorporate these advances into our most iconic model.

We were facing a great challenge: improving the L-3000. And we really did it! Smaller, more compact, more powerful, more burning time are just some of the improvements introduced.

The new L-4000 is designed to work in the most demanding conditions, it is certified ATEX zone 0/20 and IP67 (waterproof and dust proof). It incorporates a swivelling head of up to 110 degrees with 5 positions that allows you to direct the beam of light to illuminate the desired area. The new OLED display provides more information at a glance: autonomy, lighting mode, intensity management.

However, the most important thing in a flashlight is the light and that’s where we mainly focus. This new model incorporates a revolutionary optics with 7 high-power LEDs and several lighting modes, allowing to adapt to all types of situations: concentrated and diffuse light beams, Step Lighting System, high, medium and low intensity modes and strobe function. In addition, it has an unprecedented light output for a similar product: 500 lumens and 25.000 candelas.

It easily adapts to the firefighter’s tunic and equipment, thanks to a spring-loaded clip and ring located on the back.

For the first time within this family, where until now all versions have been rechargeable, the L-4000 also works with batteries (3AA). This feature can be very relevant in the case of natural disasters where there is no power supply, making it possible to replace the rechargeable lithium battery with alkaline batteries.

And last but not least, the new L-4000 is compatible with existing chargers from previous versions.

Its launch is scheduled for the end of May 2025.
